The room was OK, but it smelled a bit like disinfectant when I first entered. Everything else was good, but I slept from 9 to 12 at night, and suddenly the alarm clock under the TV cabinet in the hotel room rang and woke me up. When you check in to the hotel, before going to bed, you can check the alarm clock in the room to see if it is set as an alarm.

For those who want to visit Old Town of Key West.
The Hotel is of an excellent standard. The staff is kind and professional. The rooms are modern and super comfortable. The only note is access to the sea is really inconvenient.

We ran away for a few days and went back to Hyatt Centric. This was our second visit here in the Keys and we were not disappointed. From our greeting at the main lobby, to our housekeeping staff, bartenders, restaurant service and spa treatment.....it could not have been better. The view at the restaurant and food is amazing. Quiet, relaxed and did I say the food was amazing....yes, it really is great (and we're food critics for sure). The room is so very clean and well maintained. We had a partial ocean view that was perfectly facing the water.
